Martin City Brewing Company was started because, like so many other craft beer drinkers in Kansas City, I was thirsty for something new. I wanted beer that was bigger, bolder and preferably local. And I knew I wasn’t alone. So, in 2014, after years of homebrewing and business planning, my friend Chance Adams and I opened a brewery in Martin City.
