2024 Denver library - Prior to the passage of a city bond issue approved in 1990, many heavily-minority communities like Northeast Park Hill had only a small leased storefront to serve as the local library. With the passage of the bond, Denver Public Library was able to construct a sleek, modern structure with plenty of room for books, programming, and computer access.
