Dr. Lea Sohrabi is a 2018 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Veterinary Medicine. Growing up, she spent a lot of time on her grandmother’s hobby farm which housed a variety of animals, including sheep, donkeys, chickens, and a llama. This experience inspired her to pursue a lifelong career as a veterinarian. The English Springer Spaniel originated in England during the early 1800s and was bred as a flushing and retrieving gun dog. This athletic and highly active breed enjoys canine sports such as agility, flyball, and dock diving. A true diplomat, she’ll be friendly with children and pets and even give strangers a chance, too.
